Spooky Tarantula Dog Costume for Halloween - Fun Pet Spider Outfit for Parties & Dress-Up

Quality was great, but sizing was off by 2 in. I ended up clipping it to his harnessI ordered this Halloween costume for our 13lb rat terrier, Finn. After reading the size chart/ recommendations, I selected size medium (normally he would have been swimming in a medium, but this fit him perfectly.) Medium was absolutely the correct choice! Well constructed & easy to put on him (even though he fought, it seemed soft all over, more like him just wearing a shirt). It Velcros on the belly side, so nothing had to go over his head. It does have a hood, but our little dog was not a fan of the hood so we pulled it down. The everyone got a kick out of this costume when we took him trick or treating! 10/10- would definitely recommend!It's a really cute costume. After reading some reviews I ordered a medium for my 6 lb dog who normally would wear an extra small/ small. The medium fits perfectly. It covers from the top of his head to his tail and the legs almost reach the ground, so he does actually look like a giant hairy spider thing running around. I don't know how long he will actually wear it though, because he just wants to chase himself in circles and chew on his spider legs when I put it on him. I gave it only 4 stars because it sheds a lot and the are no holes for a leash or harness.Fit pretty good on my Morkie, Although the little hood wouldn’t stay on top of his head. Still was cute and did it’s purpose.I'm a little baffled by this costume, because while it's generally looks good and the body part of the costume fits my dog perfectly (a 12lb schnauzer mix, medium size), the head part of the costume is way too big - and my dog doesn't have a small head for her size. I'm having a hard time imagining a dog where both parts of the costume would fit - the proportions just don't make sense. I would recommend only buying this if you have the sewing skills to alter it.We all had fun with this one especially since our little Yorkiepoo is black. He was a big hit with parents and kids alike in our neighborhood on Halloween, many neighbors took photos lol. Well made, we can use it again next year. Made small though, our little guy is only 12 lbs and that’s a medium he’s wearing.The custom fit to size and its very durableIt's nice product and would be great if it fitted. I ordered a large even though my dog wears a medium. Way too small, not even close to fitting. Maybe 2 sizes smaller then labeled. But again it is nice, shame it doesn't fit.I do like the product but it is too small for my small pug. I can't velcro it up properly unfortunately.Nice as expected
